November 13 – University Police received a report of a laptop stolen from the conference room at Smith Student Center. The case is currently under investigation.

November 13 – University Police are investigating a report of a hit-and-run between Monday and Wednesday at Building E. The case is currently under investigation.

November 15 – While on patrol, University Police observed debris on Kiester Road that appeared to be related to a traffic accident. An officer spotted a vehicle on the shoulder by Slippery Rock High School and two additional vehicles parked in the East Lake Lot.  Police contacted the operators of all vehicles, and no injuries were reported. PSP were en route, arrived on the scene, and took over the investigation.

November 15 – University Police received a call about a highly intoxicated person who was unresponsive outside of Building F. Police and EMS arrived on the scene and the person was transported to Grove City Hospital. The individual was referred to Student Standards.

November 15 – University Police received a call from a Happy Bus driver reporting that a female was lying on the sidewalk of the Central Loop and appeared to be intoxicated. Upon arrival, the police observed that she had vomited on herself and was too intoxicated to speak. EMS were dispatched and transported her to Grove City Hospital. The individual was cited for underage consumption.

November 15 – University Police responded to a person having a seizure at Building E. Police and EMS arrived and transported the individual to Grove City Hospital.

November 15 – University Police have received a harassment report from an individual regarding social media incidents at Building E. The case is under investigation.

November 15 – University Police received a call from a professor who reported that an individual had fallen down some steps at the McKay Education building and lost consciousness but was now awake. When the police arrived, the individual stated that they did not feel dizzy or lightheaded. They refused medical treatment, and a parent then arrived to pick up the individual.

November 18 – University Police received a call from the CAs at Rhoads Hall that, while conducting a health and safety check, observed alcohol in the room. An officer arrived, spoke to the CAs, and referred the incident to Student Standards.

November 18 – University Police responded to an individual who had passed out and hit their head at the Vincent Science building. The EMS and police arrives, and the person refused any further treatment.

November 18 – University Police received a complaint of possible drug use at Building F. When the police arrived, no one would answer the door. The case is currently under investigation.

November 18 – University Police responded to a vehicle accident at the Lower Stadium A Lot. The officer arrived and spoke with both drivers. No injuries were reported, and both vehicles were drivable. All required documents were exchanged.

November 18 – University Police dispatch received a call from a nurse at the Health Center requesting an ambulance for an individual in need of medical care. EMS arrived and transported the individual to Grove City Hospital.

November 18 – University Police received a call from an individual stating that their roommate had drugs in their room. The officer arrived and no one was present. The case is currently under investigation.

November 19 – University Police dispatch received a call from the Health Center nurse requesting that an ambulance be dispatch for an individual needing medical attention. EMS arrived and transported them to Grove City Hospital.

November 19 – University Police dispatch received a call from an individual stating that they were having chest pains, as well as being dizzy and short of breath. Police and EMS arrived and transported the person to Grove City Hospital.

November 20 – University Police received a call from a staff member who reported being with an individual making comments about harming themselves at Watson Hall. The responding officer arrived and spoke with the individual, who mentioned that they had just spoken with Butler Crisis. A close family friend of the individual then arrived and took them to stay with them for the evening.

November 20 – University Police received information about a gun in one of the dorm rooms. The responding officers arrived and spoke to the individual, but no gun was found. The incident was referred to PSP.

November 20 – University Police received a call form Butler Crisis requesting an officer to check on an individual they were communicating with over the phone, as the person had made comments about self-harm at Building A. The responding officer arrived on the scene and spoke with the individual. Personnel from Butler Crisis also arrived and engaged with the person. Butler Crisis will continue to monitor the individual until they leave for Thanksgiving break.
